Would like a replacement , Phone has problems charging sense I’ve received , phone lags constantly , has slow reactions and responses . Phone freezes . All updates are current on the phone , wish I would’ve gotten the phone elsewhere .not renewed , I Would really like to just replace this , send me a new one and I’ll send back the old one , the only option I have on my side is to just return , I’d be stuck without a phone if I just send the phone back . I’d recommend somewhere else , I’m unsatisfied and have to return the hard way instead of just replace .

I was skeptical of buying a used iPhone from Amazon, but with the guarantee I had, I had to consider it, and I think I will purchase again. The phone is great, and I had no issues switching from Android to Apple cell service. The phone came with a privacy screen protector installed, battery was at full capacity, has no signs of scratches, great phone if you plan to update from an older model iPhone. Great price for a used iPhone, especially considering the cost of phone pulse cases nowadays. Love the phone.

Battery is 100%, phone is perfect except for a few scratches on screen. Gave me a charger but the charger doesn’t work at all, so that is very disappointing.
