Battery is 100%, phone is perfect except for a few scratches on screen. Gave me a charger but the charger doesn’t work at all, so that is very disappointing.

Would like a replacement , Phone has problems charging sense I’ve received , phone lags constantly , has slow reactions and responses . Phone freezes . All updates are current on the phone , wish I would’ve gotten the phone elsewhere .not renewed , I Would really like to just replace this , send me a new one and I’ll send back the old one , the only option I have on my side is to just return , I’d be stuck without a phone if I just send the phone back . I’d recommend somewhere else , I’m unsatisfied and have to return the hard way instead of just replace .

I recently purchased an iPhone 16e and I’m very happy with it. The phone is truly “like new”, no scratches at all, great battery level, and the quality is perfect. It feels like excellent value for the money. No complaints so far, I’m very satisfied with the purchase. In fact, I was so pleased that I went ahead and bought an iPhone 13 today for my son as well. I was skeptical of buying a used iPhone from Amazon, but with the guarantee I had, I had to consider it, and I think I will purchase again. The phone is great, and I had no issues switching from Android to Apple cell service. The phone came with a privacy screen protector installed, battery was at full capacity, has no signs of scratches, great phone if you plan to update from an older model iPhone. Great price for a used iPhone, especially considering the cost of phone pulse cases nowadays. Love the phone.
